What are Notes in the Work Chat Window?

Notes in the Work chat window are used by agents to record important information while running a task. They act as a shared log where agents write down progress, decisions, observations, and results as the work runs.

When a work is in progress:

• Agents add notes as they complete their assigned steps

• Each agent records what it did, what it found, and any relevant outcomes

• Notes are appended over time, creating a chronological history of the work

When an agent finishes a task, it will typically write a summary of its actions and results into Notes before handing off to the next agent or marking the work as complete.

Notes are visible to:

• Human operators reviewing the work

• Other agents involved in the same work

• Anyone with access to the Work window
