Create a Workbox

Works are tasks running asynchronously in the background by agents.

In the navigation bar, go to Work > Work Boxes, then click "Create". You can create multiple work boxes in an Organization.

In the "Create Work box" page, provide the following details:

• Name

• Work box instructions

• Coordinator Agent

• Worker agents

• Publisher agent

• Timezone

• Human-in-the-loop

• Enable talkback

• Require publishing approval

Press “Submit” to apply and save changes to the work box.
