Talkback in Workbox

Enable talkback in work box.

Talkback allows agents to actively ask questions or request clarification from the user while a work is running. This helps ensure tasks are completed accurately when additional context or decisions are required. By default, Talkback is disabled.

To enable Talkback in a Work Box:

  1. Go to Work > Work Boxes

  2. Select the Work Box you want to configure

  3. Enable the Talkback option

  4. Click Submit to save your changes
