Configure AI Agents in Workbox

Each Work Box can have one Coordinator AI Agent, one Publisher AI agent and multiple Worker AI Agents.

• The Coordinator AI agent acts as the coordinator. It plans the task, decides which Secondary Agents are needed, and determines the order in which they run.

• The Worker AI agents each perform a specific task assigned by the Coordinator Agent. You can add multiple Worker agents in a work box.

• The Publisher AI agent publishes the final task output using its assigned tools.

A work box must have a Coordinating AI Agent assigned before it can be created.

To add a Coordinator AI Agent:

1. Go to Work > Work Boxes

2. Select a Work Box

3. In Coordinator Agent, click “Select an agent”

To add Worker AI Agents:

1. Go to Work > Work Boxes

2. Select a Work Box

3. Open Worker Agent, click “Add”

To add a Publisher AI Agent:

1. Go to Work > Work Boxes

2. Select a Work Box

3. In Publisher Agent, click “Select an agent”

After making your changes, click “Submit” to save them.
