Human-in-the-loop in Workbox

Human-in-the-loop allows users to intervene and actively participate in a work while it is running. Users can intervene by clicking the Intervene button in the work chat.

When an intervention is triggered, the coordinating agent pauses execution and gives the human operator the next available opportunity to provide input before the work is handed off to another agent.

By default, human-in-the-loop option is not enabled. To enable human-in-the-loop option in the work box, go to Work > Work Boxes, select a work box > check the “Human-in-the-loop” box. After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.
