Require Publishing Approval in Workbox

When a work is completed and handed off to the publishing agent, you can require a human review before it is published. This step is called Publishing Approval and ensures the final output is reviewed before going live.

By default, Publishing Approval is disabled.

To enable Publishing Approval in a Work Box:

1. Go to Work > Work Boxes

2. Select the Work Box you want to configure

3. Enable the Require publishing approval option

4. Click Submit to save your changes
