Overview of the Work Chat Window

After you initiate a new work, it will display in the work chat window. The work chat window shows the chats between the agents.

In the left pane, the chats is displayed. Some of the available functions include:

• Date, time, and user/agent name in the chat

• Chat messages

• “Request to take over agent” button

• A "Stop work" button

• A "Remove" button

In the right pane, the following information is shown:

• Workbox title and ID

• Notes

• Report

• Output
