To create a Microsoft Teams work trigger, first install the Knoon app from the Microsoft Teams Apps. Then follow these steps to connect Microsoft Teams to a Work Box:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to the channel you want to use.

  2. Type @knoon in the message box.

  3. When prompted, sign in to your organization.

  4. Select the Work Box you want to link to this channel.

Once completed, the work trigger is set up and ready to use in that channel.
