Add Work Triggers in a Microsoft Teams Channel

To connect a Microsoft Teams channel to a Work Box:

1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to the channel you want to use.

2. Type @knoon in the message box.

3. When prompted, sign in to your organization.

4. Select the Work Box you want to link to this channel.

Once completed, the work trigger is set up and ready to use in that channel. You can add multiple Work Boxes to a channel, and Knoon will determine which Work Box to use when you send a task.
