How to Link Chatbox to Your Whatsapp Business

This guide shows you how to connect your Knoon Chatbox to a WhatsApp Business number so conversations can start directly on WhatsApp.

Before you begin, make sure:

• Your Chatbox is added to a Knowledge Base or Site

• You have one WhatsApp Business number (1 chatbox supports 1 number)

• You have a Meta Business profile set up

How to connect to Whatsapp Business:

1. Go to Knowledge Bases

2. Select a Knowledge Base

3. Choose your Chatbox

4. Click ⋮

5. Select Integrate WhatsApp

6. Click Continue

You will be redirected to Meta setup. Follow the on-screen instructions to:

• Connect your WhatsApp Business account

• Verify your phone number

• Grant required permissions

Your Chatbox is now linked to your WhatsApp Business number. Messages received from WhatsApp Business will be shown in conversations.
