Configure AI Agents in Chatbox

Set up primary, secondary, and translation AI agents in a chat box.

In each chat box, you can assign one primary AI agent and multiple secondary AI agents.

  • The primary agent handles general questions.

  • The secondary agents provide answers to more specific, domain-focused questions.

  • The translation agent helps translate content into different languages.

A chat box must have one primary AI agent before it can be created.

  • To add a primary AI agents, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then select a chat box > Primary Agent > press "Select an agent".

  • To add a secondary AI agents, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then select a chat box > Secondary Agent > press "Add".

  • To add a primary AI agents, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then select a chat box > Translate Agent > press "Select an agent".

After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.
