Create a Chatbox

In the navigation bar, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then click "Create". You can create multiple chat boxes in an Organization.

In the "Create Chat box" page, provide the following details:

• Name

• Hello message

• Chat box instructions

• Color theme

• Primary agent

• Secondary agents

• Translate agents

• Notices

• Keyboard shortcuts

• Maximum ongoing conversations per user

• Sign-in/custom sign-in URL

• Block sign out

Press “Submit” to apply and save changes to the chat box.
