Connect your Knoon Chatbox to your Facebook business account to start conversations directly on Facebook Messenger.
Before you begin, make sure:
Your Chatbox is added to a Knowledge Base or Site
You have one Facebook business account
How to connect to Facebook Business:
Go to Knowledge Bases
Select a Knowledge Base
Choose your Chatbox
Click ⋮
Select Integrate Facebook Messenger
Click Continue
You will be redirected to Facebook. Follow the on-screen instructions to:
Connect your Facebook business account
Grant required permissions
Your Chatbox is now linked to your Facebook business account. Messages received from Facebook Messenger will be shown in conversations.
