Connect your Knoon Chatbox to your website to start conversations directly on your website.

Before you begin, make sure:

Your Chatbox is added to a Knowledge Base or Site
Get ready to edit the code of your website.

How to connect to website:

Go to Knowledge Bases
Select a Knowledge Base
Choose your Chatbox
Click ⋮
Select Chatkit
Copy the embed script
Paste the code before the closing </body> tag of your HTML file

Your Chatbox is now added to your website. Messages received from the chat widget will be shown in conversations.
