Conversation Status
Understanding conversation status.

Conversation statuses are displayed beside each conversation in the "Conversations" page.
Resolved: The conversation has been closed by either an AI agent or a human operator.
In progress: The conversation is open and still ongoing.
Additional statuses are shown next to the user:
New: The conversation has not been opened by a human operator. The conversation may still be active or closed by an AI agent.
Tester: The conversation was initiated by a testing user.
