Test & Preview a Chatbox

Testing and previewing chat box behavior.

After setting up the chat box, you can test and preview the chat box and AI agent replies. Go to Chat > Chat Boxes, select the chat box you want to test, click the ⋮ (more options) button, and choose “Test”.
