Set Up User Sign-In to Access Chat Box

Users must sign in to start a conversation in the chat box. To add a custom sign-in URL, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, select a chat box > under the "Sign In" section > check the “Enable” box and enter the custom sign-in URL. After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.
