In the navigation bar, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then click "Create". You can create multiple chat boxes in an Organization.
In the "Create Chat box" page, provide the following details:
Name
Hello message
Chat box instructions
Color theme
Primary agent
Secondary agents
Translate agents
Notices
Keyboard shortcuts
Maximum ongoing conversations per user
Sign-in/custom sign-in URL
Block sign out
Press “Submit” to apply and save changes to the chat box.
