Add or Remove Keyboard Shortcut Messages For Human Operators

You can create keyboard shortcut messages to help human operators reply faster.

To add a shortcut:

1. Go to Chat > Chat Boxes and select a chat box.

2. Open Shortcuts and click "Add".

3. Enter the shortcut key and the template message.

4. You can also include dynamic data, such as the user’s name or the current date, in the template.

5. After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.
