Add/Remove Memos in a Conversation

In the right pane of the conversation window, you’ll see the Memos section. Click “+” to add a memo, type your text, and press "Submit". You can add multiple memos as needed.

AI agents may also create memos automatically by summarizing the conversation before handing it over to the next agent or a human operator.

To remove a memo, click the Remove button next to it.
