Create a Knowledge Base

How to create a knowledge base.

In the navigation bar, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases, then click "Create". You can create multiple knowledge bases in an Organization.

In the Create Knowledge Base page, provide the following details:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Subdomain (optional)

  • Homepage Address (optional)

  • Footer Text (displayed in your knowledge base)

  • Inject CSS Code (optional, for custom styling)

  • Visibility Options (Public, Private, or Protected)

  • Theme Color

  • Logo Icon Upload (optional)

  • Favicon Upload (optional)

  • Banner Image Upload (optional)

You can also provide an alternative name and alternative description for the LLM. To do so, check or uncheck:

  • Provide alternative “Name” for LLM

  • Provide alternative “Description” for LLM
