Change the Visbility of Knowledge Base

How to make your knowledge base public or private online.

From the navigation bar, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases and select the knowledge base you want to update.

Click the ⋮ (More options) button, then choose "Modify". Under the "Visibility" menu, select one of the following:

  • Public – Anyone with the link can view the knowledge base.

  • Protected – Anyone with the link must enter a password to view the knowledge base.

  • Private – The knowledge base is not published online and can only be accessed within Knoon.
