How to add a category in a knowledge base.

In a knowledge base, you must create at least one category before adding an article. To do this, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases from the navigation bar, select a knowledge base, and under Categories, click Create Category.
On the Create Category page, provide the following details:
Name
Description
URL Slug
You can enable or disable the "Automatic Slug" option to generate the URL slug automatically from the category name.
Additionally, you may provide an alternative name and alternative description for the LLM by checking or unchecking the options:
Provide alternative “Name” for LLM
Provide alternative “Description” for LLM
