What is an Organization?

In Knoon, an Organization represents a company, team, or workspace. It serves as the foundation for managing your users, data, and tools.

• An organization must be created first before you can add a knowledge base, chatbox, or agents.

• Each organization works independently. Content, users, and configurations in one organization are not shared with another.

• A single user account can create and manage multiple organizations. This is useful if you run different companies, departments, or projects that require separate environments.

• Organizations allow you to invite and manage members, giving them access to the resources and tools within that organization.
