Update Organization Locale
Steps to update the Organization locale.

To enable multiple languages in your knowledge base and chatbox, add additional languages under "Other Locales". You can set these during the initial organization setup, or later by going to Admin > General > Other Locales.
Please note that the base locale cannot be changed once the organization has been set up.
