Create an AI Agent

In the navigation bar, go to Bots > Agents, then click "Create". You can create multiple agents in an Organization. In the "Create Agent" page, provide the following details:

• Name of agent

• Description of agent

• Select "Agent type" (i.e. Chat, translate or Execute)

• Select and add knowledge

• Add tools

• Add skills

Knowledge, tools, and skills must first be created in their respective sections (i.e. the Knowledge Base, Tools, and Skills) before they can be assigned to an AI Agent.

You can also provide an alternative name and alternative description for the LLM. To do so, check or uncheck:

• Provide alternative “Name” for LLM

• Provide alternative “Description” for LLM
