Stop Work in the Work Chat Window

You can manually stop a work at any time from the Work chat window. Stopping a work immediately halts all running tasks and prevents agents from continuing execution.

To stop a work:

1. Go to Work > Works

2. Select the work you want to stop

3. Click ⋮

4. Select Stop Work
