Initiate a Work Trigger in Microsoft Teams

To initiate a work trigger in Microsoft Teams, type @knoon followed by your task requirements. The work will start automatically.

If multiple Work Boxes are linked to the channel, Knoon will select the closest matching one based on the work description. To trigger a specific Work Box, include the Work Box ID in your message.

Please note that any Microsoft Teams user with access to the channel will be able to use the work trigger.
