View the Knowledge Base as Public

Making your knowledge base publicly accessible.

In the navigation bar, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases and select a knowledge base. Click the ⋮ (more options) button, then choose "Open in New Tab".

Note that the knowledge base must be set to Public or Protected to be accessible on the web. If it is set to Protected, users will need to enter a password to access it.
