Create an Article

To create an article:

1. In the navigation bar, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases.

2. Select a knowledge base, then choose a category.

3. Select a section. If no sections exist in the category, choose "Default".

4. Click the "Create Article" button.

5. The editor will open, allowing you to begin writing your article.

When creating an article, you will also need to provide the following details:

• Name

• Description

• URL Slug (enable Automatic to generate the slug from the article name)

You can choose to publish the article immediately or leave it unchecked to save it as a draft.

Once done, press the "Save" button.
