Connect your Knoon Chatbox to your Instagram Business account to start conversations directly on Instagram.
Before you begin, make sure:
Your Chatbox is added to a Knowledge Base or Site
You have one Instagram Business account
How to connect to Instagram Business:
Go to Knowledge Bases
Select a Knowledge Base
Choose your Chatbox
Click ⋮
Select Integrate Instagram DM
Click Continue
You will be redirected to Instagram. Follow the on-screen instructions to:
Connect your Instagram Business account
Grant required permissions
Your Chatbox is now linked to your Instagram Business account. Messages received from Instagram Business DM will be shown in conversations.
